RETURNS: New York Apple offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will either reship your order, issue you a credit on your account or provide a refund upon the return of the Product. Call us at 702-436-4461 and one of our Customer service agents will help you with your replacement, return or credit.
SHIPPING: New York Apple ships second day air in most instances. Do to the sensitive nature of our products we do not ship over weekends or holidays. New York Apple ships Monday thru Wed. All orders placed between 5pm Wednesday and midnight Sunday will be shipping the following Monday. (excluding holidays)
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: It is as imporant to us as to you that your confectionary products arrive in peak condition. To address this we have designed special insulated shipping containers to preserve the quality of our products. All order placed between May 15th and October 1st will be shipped in insulated cartons. A $5.00 Warm Weather Shipping fee will be assessed to all orders during this period.

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours or we can ship as close as possible to a specific date you request. If there is a delay, you will be notified.
At New York Apple we produce our confectionary products to order - that way you receive your goodies at the peak of perfection!

How we ship
New York Apple ships USPS Priority 2-3 day in most instances. Do to the sensitive nature of our products we do not ship over the weekends or holidays. New York Apple ships Monday thru Wednesday, orders received Monday through Wednesday will be shipped same day. All orders placed between 3:00pm EST Wednesday and midnight Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Because our Belgian Berry product is highly perishable we recommend shipping Belgian Berries Next Day Air and other products move well Priority Mail (arrives in 2 to 3 business days). We do not offer ground service.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 Continental States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to remote Alaska and Hawaii locations, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
